1. Payment Terms

Our website does not process online payments. All payments are coordinated directly with our management team. After your service request is confirmed, a company representative will provide secure payment instructions, including bank account details or other authorized payment methods. Payment must be completed prior to the commencement of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Service Confirmation

Service appointments are officially confirmed only after our representative has contacted you to verify your request, schedule, and pricing. No work will begin until confirmation is complete. The Company reserves the right to decline service if information is incomplete, conditions are unsafe, or legal restrictions apply.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation before service: Full refunds may be issued if the service is cancelled prior to commencement, minus reasonable administrative or preparation fees.
  • Partial service completion: Refunds for partially completed services will be prorated based on the work performed and materials used.
  • Non-refundable cases: Services requiring specialized preparation, parts, or equipment may be non-refundable once work has commenced. These conditions will be communicated in advance.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, or government restrictions, services may be rescheduled or refunded at the Company’s discretion.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding payments or refunds must be submitted in writing to our management team. Each case will be evaluated individually to achieve a fair resolution in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state laws. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be handled through mediation, arbitration, or small claims court under the relevant jurisdiction.
